Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were average with older carpet and a pet odor, but Joe the Bartender provided amazing service. However, there was no microwave available. The service was a bit of a mixed bag - some staff didn't notice issues while cleaning, but individuals like Joe, Kim, and the front desk ladies were wonderful. The location was not perfect but offered a quiet and roomy atmosphere; however, the detour to access the city was challenging. The dining experience had some drawbacks like ongoing construction but great service overall. Overall, the facilities were decent with some areas needing improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but unfortunately, they were quite loud at times, which was a downside. The location was a letdown compared to previous stays, with stained carpets and an overall disappointing vibe. On the bright side, the service was friendly and accommodating.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location gave a sense of seclusion up on a hill, but not too far from the activities in Asheville. The service was exceptionally helpful, although the room had some issues like lingering odors and outdated decor.
